ANVI regularly advises to its customers to not fall prey to phishing. ANVI or its representatives never ask for any passwords or OTPs and ANVI retailer is allowed to charge money from presented ANVI card only through a unique OTP verification every singly time a transaction is undertaken. Additionally, the partner bank guarantees the fund in the cards under the directions contained in circular DBR.No.Leg.BC.78/09.07.005/2017-18 dated July 6, 2017 or DCBR.BPD.(PCB / RCB). Cir.No.06/12.05.001/2017-18 dated December 14, 2017 as the case may be.
